Love this one girl!!
Love it! You know, the founder of Urban Decay cosmetics had the same inspiration.. she wanted to encourage women to find the beauty and inspiration in even the most seemingly uninspired things around us.. Which is why their eyeshadows have names like "Smog" and "Oil Slick" etc..
(I got to sit in on an UD training session at work last week and it was so cool!)
Anyways.. this look is STUNNING! Seriously.. stunning! I think you captured the pictures perfectly.
And I'm so glad you enjoyed my post! You totally deserve it! ♥
Very cool! I love the colors of oil slicks but never thought about translating it into a shadow look. You did a great job.
I *really* love this! I find oil slicks strangely beautiful as well, and this makeup really captured it. I really want to give it a shot. Maybe tomorrow will be the day...

I find that it's exceptionally creative that you've drawn inspiration from something that most would consider gross! I love it and you're absolutely right, I do find myself mesmerized by how beautiful the iridescent swirls look in the dirty puddles!
