Scentbird Review - Monthly Perfume Subscription

Growing up, I remember admiring my mother as she got ready to go out. She was always dressed so stylishly, her makeup was on point and she loved her perfume collection. She had all sorts of perfumes from high end to lesser known brands displayed beautifully on her vanity on a gorgeous tray. I would ask her for a spritz or two so I could feel as glamorous as she looked to me. To this very day, she still loves her perfumes and it's all she ever wants for her birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, etc! I too am like my mother and I LOVE me some nice perfumes. I have tried many throughout the years and some were hits and some were misses. As you many know, perfumes can get super expensive and it can add up pretty quickly.

When I was contacted by Scentbird, I was legitimately impressed and excited! They are a monthly subscription service that offers a 30-Day supply of a designer fragrance for only $14.95 a month. They offer 350+ designer perfumes that are 100% authentic. Each month you get a generous 0.27 oz/ 8 ml spray (which is almost equivalent to a rollerball size) that is sent in their sleek and travel friendly luxury case that contains the perfume vial. After the first month and you get sent a refill of you've decided to purchase another month of perfume. Here's how to get started:

Some or all products shown in this post may have been provided by the said brand(s) and/or website(s) for potential review and/or use. For more information, please read my DISCLAIMER.

Step 1: Sign up and take their simple and quick quiz to determine which perfumes are the best match for you.

Step 2: Enter some of the perfumes that you already know and love, and/or select from the list to get an even better perfume match.

Step 3: After signing up (which is free), review your recommended results and select your perfume match. You can also filter perfumes by types of scents (floral, fruity, citrusy, etc), perfume personality (sexy, mysterious, flirty, etc), occasion (office, everyday, date night, etc), or you can check out the perfume of the month.

The case that the perfume comes in is really neat and easy to use. It also comes is a pretty black velvet bag. All you need to do is twist the top, spray and enjoy! Once you run of perfume, you can easily remove the vile by twisting and pulling the nozzle on top and replace it if you choose to purchase another 30-day supply.

When I first signed up and took the quiz, one of the recommended perfumes I got was Dot my Marc Jacobs. I absolutely love Daisy by Marc Jacobs and most of his other fragrances so I went ahead and ordered it. Once it arrived I was definitely not disappointed! It smells divine. It's bright, lively and versatile. I feel like this scent can be worn everyday and also for a night out. It's intricate, yet simple. It has notes of red berries, dragonfruit, honeysuckle, jasmine, coconut water, orange blossom, vanilla, driftwood and musk. This is totally my type of fragrance. It's sweet, yet deep and lasts for hours on my skin. It isn't overpowering either which is always nice!

So if you're a perfume lover like me, or if you're just someone who doesn't want to drop a small fortune on a designer perfume just to try it out, then check out Scentbird! It's a great way to discover and try new fragrances or if don't like to commit to only once fragrance. You're bound to find one that you like. The only downsides for me are that they currently only offer women's perfume and they only ship to the US, but hopefully that changes soon!

I hope you found this review helpful! What are your favorite perfumes? Mine are Daisy by Marc Jacobs, Modern Muse by Estee Lauder, Beyond Paradise by Estee Lauder, Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture, Amor Amor by Cacharel, Candy by Prada and so many more. I think I have to add Dot my Marc Jacobs to my list now. I've really been enjoying it!

Take care!

XO,

I've been thinking about subscribing to scent bird after my move to Portland. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have my adored scents.
