Broken Hearts Parade

Oh. St. Valentine's Day...we either love it, or hate it. I'm a definite lover, only because I'm married and I have an excuse to devour chocolate...I for one, never really hated Valentine's day. I've always loved the decorations, candy, and just expressing love in general. It is an extremely commercial holiday though. I believe we should be able to express our love for our significant others everyday of the year.

So, I created this anti-Valentines Day look for all of you that want to tell Cupid to SUCK IT. I wanted this look to scream, "I really don't give a f**k about chocolate or conversation hearts, and I don't need love to be happy!". Yeah, something like that. This is definitely bold and bright, with tons of glitter and an intense crease. Wear this to a club, or anti V-day party, and flaunt your angst!

FACE:
  • Revlon Colorstay Foundation in Buff
  • Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in Light 10
  • MAC Studio Fix Powder in N4

  • Glamour Doll Eye Lights in Fierce
  • BFTE Eyeshadow in Love Potion #9
  • BFTE Eyeshadow in Raspberry
  • BFTE Eyeshadow in Black

  • Wet N Wild Liquid Liner in Black
  • Rimmel Soft Kohl Pencil in Pure White
  • Fantasy Makers Wet N WIld Glitter in Glitz
  • Almay One Coat Dial Up Mascara
  • Fright Night Lashes in Mesmerizing

CHEEKS:

LIPS:

  • Revlon Lip Butter in Lollipop

I really hope you guys liked this crazy, intense look! No matter how you celebrate Valentine's day, I hope you spend it anyway you'd like, and don't let cupid get you down...I took care of him for you:

;)

  17. Heee! I instantly thought of Meredith Jessica's look when I saw this and was pleasantly surprised to see they're "related." Hrm...I'm definitely an anti - even now that i'm in a long term relationship. I like the tri-color usage, the red really pops for me but isn't overpowering or overpowered by the other shades. <3 Lovely as always!
